Today I introduce one way to work through obstacles and overstimulation regarding fear. It's important to go through the What, Who, When, Where (I decided to leave off the 'Why'--because I think we all know why...to feel better and ultimately live a happier life). So we can think through the 4 Ws, and the "How?" is the action step(s) that we take.
